This notice describes letrecord.uk, the public marketing website. It is not a complete privacy notice for account, tenant or property data processed in the separate app.

What this website collects

This site has no registration, contact, mailing-list or document-upload form. You do not need to give an email address to download the fictional sample pack. The site does not send browser analytics events to an analytics service and does not set marketing cookies.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Delivering and protecting a website necessarily involves technical information such as IP address, browser request information and security signals. Cloudflare processes this information as part of its hosting and security services. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Links to the application

Account links take you to app.letrecord.uk, a separate service with authentication and workspace data. This website does not read your app session or customer records. Account and property processing require their own full privacy information.

Sample documents

Public samples contain generated fictional names, addresses, records and assets. Do not use them as evidence in a real matter. Do not send real tenant or property data to the marketing website.

If you email us, we use your contact details and message to answer your enquiry. We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to resolve it and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Ask us for access, correction, deletion or information about retention through the contact above. Application account and property processing needs a separate, complete notice before commercial activation; this website notice does not replace it.
